Check you're using the email you signed up with. If it still won't budge, reset your password below and email us if the reset doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Billing questions
Everything to do with your plan, card, invoices and cancelling lives in Manage billing on your dashboard. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do generation limits work?
Each finished piece of content counts as one generation. Trial members get 10 across the tools. Solo gets 100 a month and Studio gets 250. Counts reset on the 1st and unused ones don't roll over. Take this to Claude is unlimited on any paid plan.
