DanceSocials AI is run by Dance Studio Marketing, ABN 56 630 753 945, of Austin Street, Perth WA 6008, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect what we need to run the app for you, nothing more. We never sell your personal data. You can ask us to export or delete it anytime.

Account details: your name, email and studio name. Your studio brief: everything you write in it, including your classes, your voice notes and your real stories. Generated content: the captions, plans and other outputs you create and save. Usage counts: how many generations you have used this month, so we can apply your plan limits. Basic technical logs so we can fix errors.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers. We only receive the plan you are on and whether it is active.

To run the service: writing content from your brief, saving your work, showing your calendar and applying your plan limits. To improve the app: understanding which tools get used and where people get stuck. To support you: answering emails and fixing problems you report.

Stripe for payments and subscription management. Anthropic for AI generation: your brief content and prompts are sent to the model so it can write for you. Supabase and Lovable for database and hosting. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions.

Our processors are based in the United States, so your personal information, including what you write in your brief, is stored on and disclosed to servers overseas. By using the app you agree to that disclosure. We choose providers who commit to recognised security and privacy standards.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never visible to us. Access to member data is restricted to the small number of people who need it to run and support the service, over authenticated accounts. We never see or store card numbers. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever put you at risk of serious harm we would notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.

DanceSocials AI is for adults running dance businesses. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we ask you not to put children's identifying details into your brief or your stories. First names only is the rule we teach.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your brief or your content with other members.

While your account is active, plus 90 days after it closes so you can come back without losing your brief. After that we delete or de-identify your brief and content. Billing records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting rules.

Email support@dancestudiomarketing.ai to request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion. We will action deletion requests promptly and confirm when it is done.

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email support@dancestudiomarketing.ai with the word Privacy in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and if a change materially affects how we handle your information we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

We use cookies only to keep you logged in and to keep the app working. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
